Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Our mission is to try and ship the item by the next business day, so our times are listed below in case instances arise.

- International Shipping: [7–14 business days depending on the destination]
Delivery times are estimated, and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the carrier.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the delivery location. You can view your shipping options and their costs at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $5 for orders under $100
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receipt, though processing times may vary during peak seasons (holidays, sales, etc.). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, and a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
- International Shipping: We ship to select international locations. Please check our international shipping list at checkout to see if we deliver to your country.
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We are happy to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that shipping times may be longer for these addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at darkseiddepartment@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your tracking information. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve it. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund for lost or damaged items.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for any delays or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at darkseiddepartment@gmail.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders to multiple addresses in one transaction. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
No Returns Policy
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any items due to the nature of our inventory. Some of our products are not checked for authenticity, and as a result, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these items. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We encourage you to carefully review the product details before making your purchase.
